Reviewed 2020-02-09 10:58:39 The journal is very good, and it gave the review comments about 1 month after submission. They were very constructive. 3 months were given for making major revisions. After the major revisions, the manuscript was sent for review again to the reviewers. Comments were given one month later, and it was accepted one day after the minor revision returned.
