Reviewed 2019-05-13 08:51:03 The editor of this journal was extremely irresponsible. The submission showed that the editor in chief began to evaluate the manuscript, and a week later the reviewers’ comments were given as: interesting and encourage resubmit as a letter, and they said that it would be sent to the same editor and reviewer as much as possible.
