The first submission on February 8, 2019, after one and a half months it was under review. The editor notified the major revision on April 14. Resubmitted on April 25, the editor returned on May 2 requiring us to delete something, and we submitted it again at noon on the same day. It was accepted on May 9. I don’t know whether the journal accept a paper first or check the plagiarism first. Generally speaking, the review speed was good, and the reviewers’ comments were also very easy to revise. I don’t know when it will be published.
