Reviewed 2019-10-09 15:34:59 Submission on June 22, review comments given on October 9, but it was rejected. The comments said that it did not conform to the journal. The journal mainly focuses on the theoretical research on transportation. During the period, three editor-in-chiefs were changed, and the last one rejected the manuscript. I waited for more than three months. I will not submit to this journal anymore. It’s too slow, and it feels uncomfortable to waste such a long time.  (4) Thank | 大白  |
